At TrueForm Studio, each piece is carefully crafted to order. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 1–4 business days for production before shipment. Custom reliefs may require additional time depending on complexity.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: Delivery times vary by location and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TrueForm Studio is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, TrueForm Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Custom Orders

Custom and commissioned pieces follow the same shipping process but may require additional production time. Custom orders are final sale.
