What are your reliefs made from?
Our reliefs are produced using high-quality 3D printing materials selected for durability, detail, and long-term stability. Each piece is carefully printed and finished to emphasize depth and sculptural form.
Are these handmade or mass-produced?
Every relief is individually produced and finished to order. While digital sculpting and 3D printing are part of the process, each piece is handled, inspected, and prepared by hand. We do not mass-produce or warehouse inventory.
What sizes are available?
Each product has its available sizes available, though exact dimensions may vary slightly.
If larger sizes are desired, reach out with a custom order.
Do you offer custom reliefs?
Yes. We create custom reliefs from photos, artwork, and personal concepts—including family portraits, pets, weddings, and more.
Custom pricing varies based on complexity and size. Please contact us with your idea and desired dimensions for a quote.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Most standard orders ship within 1–4 business days.
Custom reliefs typically require additional time depending on the project.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
What color options do you offer?
We offer a curated selection of colors chosen to best showcase relief depth and detail. Some designs may look better in certain finishes, and we intentionally limit options to maintain quality and visual impact.
Can I paint or finish the relief myself?
Yes. Many customers choose to paint or finish their reliefs. If you plan to do so, neutral colors often provide the best starting point.
How should I display or mount my relief?
Reliefs are designed for wall display or shelf placement. Mounting methods vary depending on wall type and personal preference. Hardware is not included.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard (non-custom) items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Custom reliefs are final sale and cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, shipping availability may vary. If international shipping is not shown at checkout, feel free to contact us before ordering.
