At TrueForm Studio, each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail. If something isn’t right, we want to help—while also keeping our policies fair and transparent.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Custom reliefs and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are created specifically to your specifications and are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back within the return window.
